To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of BitFoundry for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitFoundry and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CollectorsPrice at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or where suspension is necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding its conflict of laws principles, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise. The courts of Estonia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of CollectorsPrice after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
